Hi!
Well, the Artist Alley and Otakon are done for the year

I wanted to give a big thanks to everyone who stopped by our table to check out my work. So, here goes, Thanks! Anyway, this Artist Alley is probably the best one I have been to. I met a lot of great people and a lot of really talented artists.
With the exception of a few Otakon Staff who I wish would not have been so rude and condescending to me and my family. Which is not to say all the staff were like that. There were quite a few who were extremely helpful. Barring those instances everyone else made this a fun event.
I got a lot of commissions this year and I'll be starting work on them today. Had to wait for clay. Came home and found that I was out of every last bit of clay that I needed lol I feel stupid...
I will also be posting pictures of all the new figures that were displayed during the Artist Alley. Such as Big Daddy, Ridley vs. Samus, Jack Cayman, and Heartless Riku. Along with those pictures will be a few from the Alley itself. Pictures of the table display and such.
To all those that have ordered from me I will be posting the list as a comment on this Journal entry. I compiled it in the order it was received.
Oh yeah, almost forgot. My Will O' the Wisp was entered in the Figure contest this year. I did not expect him to win anything but when we came back from the Dealers Room I found that he had been awarded a sort of honor. There were no categories for scratch built figures in the contest (so naturally I couldn't really win anything) but they said they were very impressed by my work (made me really happy!) they awarded me Honorable Mention. They will also be adding a category for scratch built figures from now on

The judges also awarded me with an Evangelion Model kit, one of the big ones

and a really nice Garage Kit and figure Book. It features a lot of Bome work in it.
All in all a great con.
Thanks for reading,
